Services Description

OutsScale provides virtual assistant services enhanced by artificial intelligence. Our Services include but are not limited to email management, customer support, calendar management, research, and administrative tasks performed by our virtual assistants with AI assistance.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Billing

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Subscription terms require a 3-month minimum commitment. After this initial period, you may cancel with 30 days' notice. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes
• Request our virtual assistants to perform illegal, unethical, or harmful tasks

Intellectual Property

Our Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by OutsScale or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us for processing through our Services. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of the information you may share with our virtual assistants. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your information and will only use it as necessary to provide our Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutsScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OutsScale and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
